The three parcels are the lands to sell. Irrigated parcels total 4.97 acres and the vacant parcel at the end of Marshall Street is 0.2837 acres. We are attaching a copy of the hay field survey and the Quiet Title Case that settles the issue of land being in the old fence line. We are selling a 2/7 interest in the Delisa Ditch Water Right. That 2/7 interest flows through the Delisa Ditch that is 100% owned by us and will be transferred with the irrigated parcels. The Delisa Ditch was destroyed with 2/3 of it compromised.
